Looking for a way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this year? Try going green… Noodles-style. Our style doesn’t involve wearing goofy green hats, or talking to people with pointed ears wearing overalls. You can celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with us by taking your appetite green.
Our restaurants offer the best green spring veggies, which you can add or swap to any of our bowls.
Spinach
Popeye’s go-to green is best in the spring. We serve up a lot of spinach in our bowls, as this leaf is found in our Thai Curry Soup, Penne Rosa, Pasta Fresca, and can be added or swapped to any other item. Spinach is high in rich in antioxidants, iron, calcium, magnesium, as well as vitamin B.
Spring Greens
Did the name give it away? Spring greens are super fresh this time of year. The Med Salad is made with spring greens, but these leaves can be added or swapped to any of our salads. Spring greens are high in Vitamin C, folic acid, and fiber.
Asparagus
As we like to say, “Summer. Winter. Asparagus. Fall.” Springtime means asparagus time at Noodles & Company. The bowl is back, and this bowl is bigger, tastier, and healthier than ever before. On April 7, the new limited time offer asparagus bowl called “Lemon Asparagus Linguine,” made with fresh basil, mushrooms, onions, feta cheese and snap peas, will be offered in restaurants nation-wide through the end of June. We’re pumped to bring asparagus back into our restaurants again because this springtime veggie treats our customers right. Asparagus is fat-free, saturated fat-free, sodium-free, cholesterol-free, a good source of vitamin C, and good source of vitamin A.
