You know what that means, right? The moment of discovery, the spark of illumination, that feeling of total, ecstatic this-is-gonna-make-the-papers greatness. For our founder Aaron Kennedy that moment came in 1993. See, Aaron lived in New York’s Greenwich Village, where he passed all sorts of noodle shops every day. So one day, Aaron thought, “Eureka, let’s put all these types of dishes in one spot, make that place colorful, fresh and comfortable and be sure no one ever has to compromise to get food that’s good and fast.” Eureka! That’s why they call it “Using your noodle.”
