One sunny day, Variety met Simplicity. And opposites did indeed attract.


They fell in love, settled down and are living quite happily right here on our menu, where the choices and flavors are varied but organized for simplicity: three sizes, three globally inspired categories – Asian, Mediterranean and American with noodle dishes, soup and salad in each. Simple. Great. Let’s eat.

This is where East meets West. East is the sizzle of a wok, a fiery peanut sauce or exotic curry. Sprouts, shiitakes, black sesame. Udon and rice noodles. West is you, with a craving and a pair of chopsticks.



TASTE:
A sweet, coconut curry sauté tossed with lots of colorful, crunchy vegetables and rice noodles.

SAUCE:
Our special yellow curry sauce is made from ingredients sourced directly from Thailand including kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, sweet chili, coconut milk, galangal (Thai ginger) and tamarind.

INGREDIENTS:
Broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms, cabbage and a light portion of rice noodles.
