One sunny day, Variety met Simplicity. And opposites did indeed attract.


They fell in love, settled down and are living quite happily right here on our menu, where the choices and flavors are varied but organized for simplicity: three sizes, three globally inspired categories – Asian, Mediterranean and American with noodle dishes, soup and salad in each. Simple. Great. Let’s eat.

It’s the land of romance. Of course, when many of these dishes combine the aromas of garlic and rich, sweet tomatoes with the taste of spinach, white wine, balsamic and parmesan, what’s not to love right?




TASTE:
Extra-virgin olive oil, roasted garlic and tangy balsamic in a fresh herb vinaigrette tossed with al dente penne rigate.

INGREDIENTS:
Roma tomatoes, red onions, wilted baby spinach, vegetable broth, extra-virgin olive oil, parsley, wine, parmesan or feta cheese over penne.

GOES GREAT WITH:
Chicken Breast, Shrimp or a caesar salad.
