Noodles & Company announces face coverings required for all team members and Free Delivery Mondays
Effective Monday August 9, all team members will be required to wear a face covering inside all company-owned locations. Noodles continues to adhere to CDC guidelines and local mandates on safety, however, encourages guests who visit Noodles for dine-in or pick up to wear face coverings as well. Noodles continues to protect team members and the communities they serve by enhanced cleaning and safety practices, to expanded, contactless ordering and pick-up options including Quick Pickup, Curbside Pickup, Pickup Windows and Delivery. Throughout August and September, Noodles is inviting all guests to enjoy Free Delivery on Mondays, because Life is Back in Session.

As local and national requirements change, safety and cleanliness remain a top priority. Noodles will continue to follow local mandates to protect team members and the communities they serve. From new ways to pick up your order including curbside, pickup windows or delivery, to enhanced safety practices, guests can be confident that their meal has been prepared safely and deliciously each and every time.
Noodles encourages team member vaccinations with paid time off
Since the onset of COVID nearly a year ago, nothing has mattered more than the health and safety of Noodles’ guests and team members. From industry leading cleaning and safety standards to implementing paid sick leave for all, Noodles’ priority has been, and will continue to be, ensuring that team members have the information and resources needed to keep themselves and guests safe.
Noodles is encouraged by the COVID-19 vaccines and is strongly recommending that team members receive the vaccine, however, they will not be required to do so. Team members who do receive the vaccine can receive up to four hours of paid time off. Noodles will continue to review all information as it becomes available by public health officials as the company continues to enhance its health and safety protocols in response to COVID-19.
Noodles & Company makes ordering Curbside as easy as a click
Noodles rolled out curbside to over 350 locations in the spring and is now announcing a new feature designed to make the curbside pickup process even easier. Guests who order online or in the app and select Curbside will now have an “I’ve arrived” button on their order confirmation page and confirmation email to inform the restaurant when they have arrived. This will remove the need to call the restaurant and make the pickup experience even easier and more seamless for guests.
Noodles adds tamper evident bag seals to digital orders
More than ever, safety is in the forefront. In addition to all of the safety measures that have been introduced over the last few months and the attention and standards for cleanliness and food safety, Noodles aims to ease guests’ minds during these uncertain times and ensure that their food is safe by introducing the use of tamper-evident seals. Starting 1/18, Noodles will begin using tamper-evident bag seals for all digital orders placed for Delivery, Quick Pickup or Curbside.
Noodles & Company Announces Free Unlimited Delivery through December 31, 2020
As the year winds down and more guests are turning to Off-Premise dining options, Noodles Rewards users will have the opportunity to get Free Unlimited Delivery* when ordering through Noodles.com/order or the Noodles Rewards App. Guests can find their Free Delivery reward under “Rewards” when logged into their account. The reward will keep replenishing throughout the remainder of December so that guests can continue to enjoy the convenience of unlimited, contactless delivery.

Noodles & Company Expands Safety Commitment by Requiring Face Coverings While Visiting Restaurants
Effective Wednesday, July 22, all team members and guests who visit Noodles & Company will be required to wear a face covering inside all company-owned locations. In early March, Noodles implemented enhanced safety practices at all locations, including more frequent mandatory hand-washing, required use of hand sanitizer following each hand wash, and thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces every two hours. Additionally, Noodles will continue to make face masks available to all team members to ensure adherence to the enhanced safety procedures. Beyond enforcing the already strict sick policy, an emergency sick leave policy was introduced covering up to 14 days of sick pay for team members affected by COVID-19. To allow guests to continue enjoying Noodles from the comfort of their own home, the Company announced the extension of free delivery through July 31 on orders of $15 or more placed via Noodles.com/order or the Noodles Rewards app. Free delivery is available to all guests at participating locations through July 31 when selecting the delivery option via Noodles.com/order or the Noodles Rewards app.

Noodles Approaches Restaurant Re-openings with Careful Consideration
Throughout this time, the safety of our team members and guests has remained the driving force behind our efforts. Noodles & Company has added Apple Pay to its iOS app checkout options. We are focused on opportunities to streamline the ordering process and make ordering online and through our app as convenient as possible. By adding Apple Pay, guests who have an account can easily pass through the secure checkout process without having to access their credit card or verify additional information. Apple Pay is also an existing payment feature for in-restaurant ordering, providing guests with a contactless payment option that is quick and secure. Adding this contactless payment feature is a sign of our commitment to value and convenience for our guests.

Noodles & Company Announces a Tour de Noodles and App Enhancements Providing Added Value and Convenience
In an effort to continue to provide value and convenience to guests and Noodles Rewards members, Noodles has announced new digital enhancements to its app and online ordering site. The new enhancements make digital ordering and Rewards participation even more seamless and user-friendly.
