New Restaurant Opening: Noodles and Company is Coming to Las Cruces, New Mexico
Las Cruces, New Mexico is known for its beautiful mountains, scenic views and authentic Mexican cuisine. It is home to areas such as White Sands National Park and attracts hiking enthusiasts who want to explore the breathtaking peaks and indulge in some of New Mexico’s famous green chili. It has everything you could ever want...well except for a Noodles & Company, which is why we decided to make this area our new home. With never-ending options and fresh, made to order dishes, Noodles is here to add and enhance Las Cruces’ rich culinary scene.

With every new Noodles & Company restaurant opening, we want to ensure we provide the utmost support and set our teams and franchise partners up for success. Our newest restaurant will open Sept. 23 at 3497 Northrise Drive in Las Cruces, marking Noodles & Company’s debut in New Mexico. The restaurant will be operated by our franchise partner, Tsunami Enterprises, LLC, as part of its multi-unit franchise and area development agreement with Noodles & Company. This opening represents an exciting milestone for the brand and establishes a foundation for continued growth throughout the Southwest.

To make it even more convenient, the Las Cruces Noodles location will have a pick-up window where guests can place online orders ahead of time and then pick them without ever leaving the comfort of their car. This feature is only implemented at certain Noodles & Company locations, and we are so pleased that Las Cruces will have it too!
