Yes! We love getting to celebrate with you. Depending on your tier you will receive a different birthday treat. Birthday rewards are added to your Noodles Rewards account on your birthday.

How do I earn points?

Points are added to your account after completing a visit. To earn points through the Noodles Rewards Program you can (1) make a qualifying purchase by ordering online while signed in to your account (2) scan your Noodles Rewards app at the register when ordering or (3) provide the Noodles Ambassador with your phone number associated with your account when placing an order. Some purchases and transactions do not qualify for earning points, including, but not limited to: purchases of Noodles gift cards, alcohol purchases, tips and sales, and other transactional taxes. Points are rounded to the nearest whole point value.

Depending on what tier you are in, you will receive a different number of points per $1 spent: either 8, 10, or 12.

Noodles also offers special promotions and challenges through the Noodles Rewards program that will allow you to earn additional points. These special offers are communicated through our Rewards email list.

For more information, please visit our Rewards Terms & Conditions page.

What can I use my points for?

Points can be used to purchase rewards in your Noodles Rewards account on the Noodles Rewards app or online.

When do my points expire?

Points expire the 1st day of the 7th month after they are earned. If you are subscribed to our Rewards email list, you will receive two emails the month prior to their expiration. When you use points to purchase rewards, your oldest points are used first. Points will not be added back to your account if you do not use a reward before it expires.

Will I lose my tier progress if I use my points?

No, your tier progress is tracked separately in your account, so feel free to spend your points towards tasty rewards.

Why were my points deducted when I didn’t use my reward?

When a reward is purchased, the points are deducted, and the reward is added to your account valid for 60 days. Because the value of the reward remains in your account, the points are not returned to your total.

Why does my Total Earned points not match my Points Balance?

Points are tracked in two separate accounts on the back end of your Rewards account. Spendable Points are the points you see under “Points Balance.” These are the points you can use to purchase rewards in your account. Spendable Points expire the 1st day of the 7th month after they are earned. Every time you receive Spendable Points for completing a purchase, you also receive Qualifying Points. These points track your tier progress and are reflected in your “Total Earned” points section. Qualifying Points expire after you have been in a tier for 1 year.

For more information, please visit our Rewards Terms & Conditions page.

How do I purchase rewards?

First, log-in to your Rewards account and go to your Dashboard. The Dashboard is the screen you see when you click “Home” in the Noodles Rewards app or “My Noodles Rewards” if accessing your account online.

  • Click “Rewards” or ensure it is colored red and underlined
  • Any rewards you have available to use should show at the top of the list
  • Scroll down and you will see rewards with a button to “Spend XXXX Points” underneath
  • Find the reward you would like to purchase and click “Spend XXXX Points”
  • Click “Confirm” on the pop-up window

If the “Spend XXXX Points” box is light red on the reward you would like to purchase, you do not have enough points to purchase that reward.

Once a reward is purchased it will be added to your account to use for 60 days from the date and time of purchase. Because the value of the reward is added to your account at the time of purchase, your points will also be deducted even if you don’t use the reward right away.

You can also purchase rewards during the ordering process from the “My Cart” screen prior to clicking “Checkout.” Use the left and right arrows to scroll through the available rewards and select one to purchase. If you are using the app, you may need to scroll down to see the option to purchase rewards.

How can I use rewards?

Rewards can be redeemed against your order from the “My Cart” screen. You will need to make sure you have a qualifying item in your cart in order to apply the reward successfully. For example, if you would like to use a Free Cookie or Crispy reward, you will need to have a Cookie or Crispy added to your cart for the reward to apply against. If your reward is valid for more than one item, you will need to have both items added to your cart for the reward to apply successfully.

If you are ordering in the restaurant, you can either pull up the reward in your Rewards account for the Noodles Ambassador to scan or provide your phone number to the Noodles Ambassador to pull up your account that way. The Noodles Ambassador will only be able to see purchased rewards and cannot see your points so make sure to purchase any rewards you would like to use prior to placing your order.

Can I redeem more than one reward per visit?

No, you are only able to redeem one Reward per transaction. Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

When do rewards expire?

Rewards you purchase in your account are valid for 60 days from the date and time of purchase.

Any special promotions and offers will have specific expiration times noted depending on the promotion.
