Goodness Guarantee – We want you to be satisfied with your meal; in fact, it’s a top priority. We stand behind our food and your satisfaction with our food, which is why we are offering a Goodness Guarantee for all dishes. If you are not satisfied with your dish, we will replace it with another dish of your choosing, same size with the same amount of protein. For takeaway and to-go orders (Quick Pickup or Delivery) or orders placed through third-party delivery services (UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates, Grubhub, et al) guests must return to the same store of purchase within 24 hours of their purchase with their original receipt for a replacement of the unsatisfactory dish. For dine-in orders, guests must alert a Noodles team member within one hour of their purchase and with original receipt to receive a replacement. Replacement orders may be up to the same size as originally ordered, with the same number of proteins or add-ons. Goodness Guarantee is not valid on catering orders. Original receipt is required. Goodness Guarantee food replacement may not be substituted for cash, a payment refund, Noodles gift card, or any other type of replacement. Store participation may vary. Noodles & Company reserves the right to deny replacement request.

Between February 12–17, Noodles and Company will select four to five (4–5) semifinalists based on their discretion based on creativity, originality, and thematic alignment. Public voting for the semifinalists will take place via a landing page on noodles.com from February 17–22, 2026. Voting is limited to one (1) vote per person per day. The Grand Prize winner will be selected based on a combination of public vote and Sponsor discretion and will be notified on or about February 22–24, 2026. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible votes received. By entering, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display submitted content (including name, likeness, and monologue) for promotional and marketing purposes in any media, including AI-generated adaptations. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) free regular-priced noodle bowl per week for fifty-two (52) weeks (approximate maximum annual retail value $780 via egiftcard), redeemable via Sponsor-determined method; no cash value or substitution. Semi-finalists will receive a $25 Noodles & Company gift card and a swag item. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary.
