Noodles & Company Offers Catering for Weddings: Meet the Noodley Weds

Popular food content creators Nicole Ludwig and Brayden Degarmo are partnering with us to support their wedding journey, and we are pleased to announce them as our inaugural Noodley Wed couple! Throughout the summer, we are following the couple from engagement to 'I Do' in various catering opportunities.
Meet the Noodley Weds!
Nicole and Brayden's story began in 2022 on social media. Struggling with an eating disorder, Brayden watched videos about food, hoping it would aid in his recovery. "Before recovery, food controlled so much of my life and took away a lot of joy from everyday moments," Brayden said. "Eating often came with anxiety, guilt, and overthinking, which made it hard to have a healthy relationship with food or with myself."
He happened to stumble upon Nicole's TikTok and decided to reach out. At first, Nicole did not entertain his advances, but four months and multiple Instagram DMs later, the couple finally met and went to a horror movie on their first date.
Afterwards, they talked for hours and realized that they both were passionate about trying and documenting new cuisines. Following their initial meeting, they became inseparable and started going to a multitude of restaurants together. One of Nicole's favorite memories is when they went to a popular wing spot and tried their signature ranch. Since Brayden had missed out on so much due to his disorder, Nicole was eager to introduce him to her favorites. "It was really fun to help him find his love for food again and bond over the foods we love."
As Brayden's recovery progressed, the couple began creating food content together on TikTok and Instagram. They are known for their popular 'Which Would You Choose' series where the audience must decide if Brayden or Nicole's order looks more tantalizing. They claim that they are not afraid to try new things, but they do have their favorites. Nicole adores pasta and pizza, while Brayden prefers sushi. Both have a deep devotion to donuts. Their Noodles & Company orders also differ, as Nicole craves the limited-time offering of Chili Garlic Ramen and Brayden sticks to the classic Chicken Parmesan.
Throughout two and a half years, the duo's relationship has grown and deepened. "My favorite thing about Brayden is how caring he is about me, but also his goofy side," Nicole said. "We have so much fun together laughing and going out, but we also can talk about serious things."
The Midwest natives have moved three times since dating and have finally settled in Las Vegas where they recently purchased a house. When they are not creating content, they like to walk their three dogs together, consume scary movies, and explore their Las Vegas stomping grounds.
Wedding Bells and Noodles Catering on the Horizon
"My favorite thing about Nicole is how kind she is and how she always finds a positive outlook for every situation," Brayden said. "Noodles and Company has been in my little secret for quite some time, and we are excited for them to support our journey down the aisle this summer and fall."

How far in advance should I place my wedding catering order?
If possible, please place your catering order 2–3 days before the event. However, we can accommodate a shorter timeframe if needed. Please contact your local restaurant manager if you need a last-minute arrangement and we can help you out here.
Is there a delivery option available for wedding catering orders?
Yes! For a delivery fee starting at $25, your order will be delivered hot and fresh to you by a Noodles team member. This fee also includes set-up, which means less for you to do. To see the closest catering option near you, go here.
How much do I need to order?
Each of our catering pans can feed up to 8 guests and we have a variety of choices to accommodate both large and casual weddings alike. We offer affordable catering for large groups and customizable catering packages for all.
