Top 10 Questions We Get at Noodles & Company (and the Answers You’ve Been Craving)


Hi, everyone! It’s Anna from our Noodles & Company Guest Care team. Pasta has been my favorite food for as long as I can remember. I grew up loving mac and cheese, ramen, and spaghetti with meatballs, and there was no doubt that I could eat a variation of them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That love deepened in my teen years during trips to Noodles & Company, where I could enjoy both familiar favorites and new dishes. With such a long-standing connection, working at Noodles & Company felt like a natural fit.

It turns out that this assumption was correct as my role as a Guest Care Coordinator is truly never boring. The job entails assisting guests with whatever issue they might have. From troubleshooting app issues to recovering a poor experience, the Guest Care team helps in whatever capacity we can. However, we do tend to see the same questions pop up quite frequently, so I wanted to help answer the 10 most popular inquiries we receive. Have a question I didn’t answer? 1. Can you open a Noodles location near me?

We hear you, and we get this daily. We would love nothing more than to create new locations near all our loyal guests! However, these things take time, but to show that there is interest in your area, please fill out this form so you can give us all the details on why your area is an ideal spot for us to grow. We cannot guarantee anything, but we always adore hearing from every one of you and hopefully we will be able to open a restaurant by you soon. 

2. I miss the Alfredo MontAmoré, can you bring it back?

That was my favorite dish, too! The comforting sauce paired with the fresh vegetables never fails to please. However, our refreshed alfredo dish, the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo, is unbelievably delicious, as it features broccoli, bacon, parmesan-crusted chicken, and it uses the same creamy sauce and velvety MontAmoré cheese that the original bowl had.  At this time, the original is not coming back to the menu.

 

3. How do I troubleshoot my Rewards app?

Did you try turning it off and then back on again? Kidding. But seriously, sometimes the app may not have been updated in quite a while, which could contribute to why your app may not be working as intended. Please make sure that it is up to date and that you have upgraded your account to an Olo account to ensure that everything is firing on all cylinders. If your issue appears to be more complicated, please reach out to us at contactnoodles.smg.com for further assistance. Please allow us at least 48 hours for us to get back to you.

 

4. Can I earn rewards by ordering Noodles?

 Yes, sign up for the Noodles Rewards program! It’s seriously such a great feature we offer as new members earn 8 points for every dollar they spend, which then can be used to purchase a reward of their choice. Our Rewards program operates on a tier-based system where the more points you earn, the faster you reach the next tier, and the further your money will go towards exclusive offers and free items. The benefits are immediate due to our ongoing Extra Goodness reward which is always available and changes monthly. There is always a reward for every member, every day. We also give out special rewards, ranging from a free dessert to a free regular entrée, on each guest’s birthday; we love to celebrate! Make sure to check your offers on the Noodles Rewards app, so you can see the full terms and conditions.  Also, if you’re not yet a rewards member, did you know that if you sign up and spend at least $10, your next entree is free? That’s right! The perks start right away.

 

5. My Noodles gift card has no pin number. How can I get it to work?

If your gift card does not have a pin number, that means you have an older gift card. To help prevent fraudulent activity, we updated our gift cards and started requiring a pin number for use. We can still help though, don’t fret! Please reach out to contactnoodles.smg.com so we can get a new one assigned to you if there is a balance remaining on it. 

 

6. Where can I get more in-depth nutritional information?

We have a variety of resources for you to find any information that you may need about each of our menu items. One of our most unique tools is the MyMenu. In this customizable menu, you can select options that match your goals and show you exactly what to order. Even if a menu item doesn’t match your needs exactly, it will give you options of what to remove so that it is safe for you to eat. 8. Can Noodles & Company contribute to my nonprofit?

Thank you so much for thinking of us. Part of our mission is to nourish our local communities. 9. I forgot to scan my Rewards for my last purchase, can I still earn points?

Of course, we always want our guests to earn their points. Please reach out to us at contactnoodles.smg.com and select the ‘Provide general feedback about Noodles & Company’ option and fill out the form with your request. If you have an order ID, please also send us that as well. We will get back to you within 48 hours and add those points to your account. Points can be earned for a transaction up to 3 months after the order has been placed.
