Paid Time Off

One of our values is to Love Life and we encourage our team members to take advantage of all the various paid time off we offer.

  • General Managers and Assistant General Managers receive 10 paid time off (PTO) days per year for their first five years of service and 15 days after 5 years. General Managers and Assistant General managers also receive 7 “Health Days” at the beginning of each year to be used as you wish. After 10 years of consecutive employment at Noodles & Company, General Managers and Assistant General Managers accrue 20 days of PTO and are granted an additional 20 consecutive paid days off. We recognize four paid holidays, and all Veterans receive Veteran’s day off paid!
  • Shift Managers earn up to 40 hours of PTO for every hour they work. And because Noodles & Company recognizes the importance of team members receiving paid time off for their health needs, Shift Managers and Team Members earn up to 40 hours of paid sick time off each year.

Voting Benefit

Whether team members plan to vote at the polls on Election Day or complete a mail-in ballot, Noodles & Company is granting one hour of paid time off to vote in the presidential election and has an online resource library for our team members.

Scholarship & Education Assistance

We support our team members in their educational pursuits.

  • We award ten $3,000 scholarships to deserving team members or team member’s children and offer $3,500 tuition assistance per year to all team members who want to pursue a college degree.
  • Additionally, all team members can take free English or Spanish language courses.
  • For General Managers, Noodles is also part of the solution in helping pay down student loan debt with a company contribution of $1,000 per year.

This allows team members to better control their work/life balance and take off the time that they need rather than save it for illness or emergency. And after 10 years of consecutive employment at Noodles & Company, team members are granted their 10th anniversary leave and receive 20 consecutive paid days off.

Collaborative Office & Pets Welcome

While we’re currently working remotely due to COVID-19, Noodles & Company’s Central Support Office is located at the foot of the Flatirons surrounded by beautiful mountain views. Ours is a unique, casual (jeans every day!) office environment where creativity is encouraged, laughter expected and collaboration promoted. And if you have a four-legged furry friend (the kind that barks—meows are okay too), feel free to bring ’em on in. We even offer the opportunity to get pet insurance should you choose.

Events & Volunteerism

We keep busy here. And we’re not just talking work…we have a lot of fun too! In pre-COVID times, Lunch & Learns, birthday celebrations, breakfasts, special outings like mini golf, the Summer Picnic, Holiday Party, ice cream trucks and more were the norm. These days we’re getting creative with virtual and socially distanced events!

We also have a passion for the communities we live and work in and encourage our team members to give back to causes that are important to them, whether that’s partnering with an organization to do a toy drive or volunteering our team to help feed the homeless.
