How do I purchase rewards?

First, log-in to your Rewards account and go to your Dashboard. The Dashboard is the screen you see when you click “Home” in the Noodles Rewards app or “My Noodles Rewards” if accessing your account online.

  • Click “Rewards” or ensure it is colored red and underlined
  • Any rewards you have available to use should show at the top of the list
  • Scroll down and you will see rewards with a button to “Spend XXXX Points” underneath
  • Find the reward you would like to purchase and click “Spend XXXX Points”
  • Click “Confirm” on the pop-up window

If the “Spend XXXX Points” box is light red on the reward you would like to purchase, you do not have enough points to purchase that reward.

Once a reward is purchased it will be added to your account to use for 60 days from the date and time of purchase. Because the value of the reward is added to your account at the time of purchase, your points will also be deducted even if you don’t use the reward right away.

You can also purchase rewards during the ordering process from the “My Cart” screen prior to clicking “Checkout.” Use the left and right arrows to scroll through the available rewards and select one to purchase. If you are using the app, you may need to scroll down to see the option to purchase rewards.
