Why does my Total Earned points not match my Points Balance?
Points are tracked in two separate accounts on the back end of your Rewards account. Spendable Points are the points you see under “Points Balance.” These are the points you can use to purchase rewards in your account. Spendable Points expire the 1st day of the 7th month after they are earned. Every time you receive Spendable Points for completing a purchase, you also receive Qualifying Points. These points track your tier progress and are reflected in your “Total Earned” points section. Qualifying Points expire after you have been in a tier for 1 year.
