Noodles Rewards: How Points, Tiers & Perks Work

We know noodles. You love noodles. And we know you love noodles. For over 30 years, Noodles & Company has been there to satisfy every craving and be an affordable option on busy days. But did you know that we have a Rewards program that helps you get more of what you love? Below, we have compiled a list of the most popular questions we receive about the program so you can get the most out of it right away! Have a question we didn’t answer? Do I earn rewards just for signing up?

Absolutely! A super special aspect of the Noodles Rewards program is that we have rewards available to every member, every day with a minimum qualifying purchase. ‘Extra Goodness’ rewards range from a free drink to discounted protein and are always available in every member’s wallet and can be redeemed with a qualifying transaction. This reward is available for one transaction per day and changes every few months. Visit the rewards page to see what our exclusive offer is for this month.

New Rewards members also can earn a Free Regular Entrée after placing their first order of $10 or more within the first 30 days of having an account. This reward can be used for any bowl and is valid for 30 days after being issued.

 

How do the Rewards Tiers Work?

What makes our Rewards program special is that it is structured on a tier-based system, where the more you spend, the more you earn. Each Rewards member starts out at the Classic Tier, where they earn 8 points for every dollar spent. Once guests reach 1,601 points, they will be classified as a Signature Rewards member, where they start earning 10 points per dollar. Particularly faithful guests will be moved to the Premier Tier after earning 6,601 points and will receive 12 points for every dollar they spend. No matter what tier a guest is classified as being, the perks are truly endless as they are the first to know about limited time offers, and they also qualify for surprise bonuses if they are opted in for email or text notifications. Make sure to check your email and Rewards app regularly so that you don’t miss out!

 

How can I earn points?

You can earn points at any Noodles location, either by placing an online or in-person order. When placing an in-person order, either provide the Noodles ambassador with the phone number associated with your Rewards account or have them scan your Rewards app at the register. If you are placing a quick pick-up or delivery order, make sure you are logged into your Rewards account, and you will automatically earn points and be given options for available rewards you can redeem and apply!

 

Can I lose my Tier Status?

Yes, tiers can decrease. Every purchase earns qualifying points which goes towards your tier progression. You have one year to reach the qualifying points required to reach a tier threshold. If you do not maintain those qualifying points each year, you'll move down a tier. For further information please view our Terms and Conditions.

 

Do I get a reward for my birthday?

Yes, we love to celebrate with our guests! Every Noodles Rewards member receives a special treat for their birthday; however, the reward is dependent on which tier they are a part of. If you are a Classic member, you will receive a Free Dessert reward that can be used for a crispy or a cookie. Signature members receive a free small entrée birthday reward, and Premier members earn a free regular entrée of their choice.

 

Where can I see my points balance?

Your points balance can be found in your Rewards account on the app or on a web browser. Simply log into your account and click at the top of the home page where it shows how many points and offers you have available. From there, you can see your balance and what rewards you qualify for.



 

Do my points expire?

Yes, points do expire on the first day of the month, 210 days after they are earned. However, you will receive a reminder email 14 days before they are set to expire. The oldest points in your account are used first whenever you purchase a reward, which will be available in your wallet for 60 days, so you can prevent them from expiring if they are supposed to be within that timeframe. How do I purchase a Reward?

You can do this at any time when you log into your account either on the app or online. Visit the Rewards Store at the top of your Home Screen where you can see which rewards you are eligible for with the number of points you have. Before you commit, double check that the reward applies to your desired dish. Once you have purchased a reward, it will be available in your wallet for 60 days, so make sure to use it before then!

 

How do I apply a Reward to my order?

Rewards can be applied to orders at the ‘Checkout’ page where you are reviewing your transaction. You can apply an already purchased reward to your order or wait until you see the order summary and make a selection from there. Please note that you can only redeem one reward per transaction.
