Dear Valued Guests, 

There is no greater priority than the wellbeing of our guests and team members. We are working very hard during this difficult and unprecedented time to ensure we can continue to serve you the Noodles you love, while also protecting your health and safety.  

With this as our mission, we have decided ttemporarily establish “to-go only” at all restaurants. Effective March 17, we will be transitioning to pick up or carry out only and closing our in-restaurant dining areas. We will also continue to offer deliveryAdditionally, we will be reducing our operating hours and closing at 8pm every day.   

As we navigate the uncertain landscape, it’s our honor and privilege to continue serving you, and you can trust that we have taken every measure possible to do so as safely as possible Our restaurants have implemented industry-leading enhanced cleaning procedures and our top priority is safely preparing your order. 

How to place an order: 

  1. Order online at Noodles.com/order or on the Noodles Rewards App. All payments are processed online, and you simply choose the best pick-up time and we’ll have it ready in-restaurant on our Quick Pickup shelf.  
  2. Order inside the restaurant and take your order to-go*
  3. Call ahead and place an order with our order specialists and pay ahead so your pick-up is fast and easy. Frequent guest? Eligible guests with previous orders can try our Call-in Rapid Reorder feature that allows you to reorder your most recent meal at the click of a button. 
  4. Visit our thirdparty delivery partners, DoorDash and Uber Eats for quick ordering and contactless delivery at participating locations 

Additionally, some locations feature a Pickup Window allowing you to stay in your car. Visit noodles.com/locations to see if your nearby location has a Pickup Window. 

We recognize this is an evolving situation and are aware that certain states and local governments are enacting their own restrictions on restaurants that may further impact our operations.  We are closely monitoring all developments and will continue to take all necessary actions to keep you safe. We are prepared to move quickly, reevaluate operating procedures, and return to normal operations when it is safe to do so.  Please continue to check our app and/or website for our latest updates.
